Make the sauce: melt 1/2 cup of butter in a big pot over medium heat. Pour in 3-4 cups (720-960ml) of water, drop in 1 Seafood Boil Bomb and stir until it's fully dissolved.
Boil: add pre-boiled corn and potatoes, then 2-2.5kg of seafood, and simmer until it's all cooked through.
Toss everything in the sauce, squeeze lemon over the top and pour it out onto a tray.
Buttery and spiced, Louisiana-style. The sauce clings to every shrimp, crab and potato.
Shrimp, crab, mussels and clams are the classics, but any seafood works. Sausages and boiled eggs go in too.
