Seafood Jambalaya
Rice, sausage and seafood simmered in one pot until the rice soaks up all that buttery sauce.
How to make it

Soften the vegetables
Melt the butter in a big pot and cook the bell pepper, onion and tomato until soft.

Drop in the bomb
Pour in the water, drop in 1 Seafood Boil Bomb and stir until it's dissolved.

Add the rice, sausage and seafood
Stir them in and bring it to a boil.

Simmer
Turn the heat down, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

Serve
Fluff it up, top with green onion if you like and serve hot.
Measurements are a guide, so adjust the water and seasoning to your taste.
