Ingredients:
1 Mad Bombs Birria Bomb
1-1.5kg beef chuck, cut into chunks
3-4 Cups water (720–960 ml)
Corn tortillas
Chopped onions, cilantro, and cheese
Instructions:
Cook the Birria: Add 1 Mad Bombs Birria Bomb to the pot with beef chuck and add 3-4 cups of water 720–960 ml.
Slow Cooker - slow cook at medium heat for 5-6 hours.
Pressure Cooker - Pressure cook at medium heat for about 45 minutes to 1hr or until meat is tender.
Crockpot - cook at medium heat until meat is tender.
Prepare the Tacos: Heat corn tortillas on a pan with a bit of oil. Fill with shredded Birria meat, chopped onions, cilantro, and cheese.
Serve: Enjoy with a bowl of Birria broth on the side for dipping.
Birria Lumpia
Ingredients:
1/2 Bomb Mad Bombs Birria Bomb (40g)
1/2 kg ground beef or shredded beef (cooked with Birria Bomb)
1/4 cup water
Optional: Mozzarella Cheese / Quickmelt Cheese (for the filling)
Lumpia wrappers
Oil for frying

Instructions:
Prepare the Birria Meat: Cook 1/2 kg of ground beef or shredded beef and add 1/2 bomb Mad Bombs Birria Bomb.
Pour in 1/4 cup of water
Once ground beef is cooked, set aside.
Assemble the Lumpia: Place a spoonful of Birria meat on a lumpia wrapper. Add cheese if desired. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy.

Flour tortillas
Shredded cheese
