Drop it in
Put the beef shank in your pot, drop in 1 Kansi Bomb and pour in 3 cups (720 ml) of water. Want a clearer broth? Put the bomb inside a Mad Bombs Spice Bag first.

Cook the beef until tender
Pressure cook for 30-40 minutes, until the beef is tender.

Add the langka
Release the pressure and open the pot. Add the langka and boil until it's tender.

Serve
Top with green chili and serve hot with rice.
Measurements are a guide, so adjust the water and seasoning to your taste. Cooking for a bigger group? Use one bomb for every 1 kg of beef shank.
